Haverhill Storage Space

Arisia's new storage space is:
143 Essex St, Suite 634
Haverhill, MA

Suite 634 is on the 6th floor at the far end of the building, past the freight elevator.

The building has free WiFi thanks to our neighbor on the 6th floor, who is a net provider.
(the snacks and coffee outside our door are for the employees of our neighbor)

Our new storage space is located a block from the Haverhill Commuter Rail station (on the Haverhill line).

Parking

Depending upon the time of day, there are various parking options. If you're coming from I-495 via Rt-97, there's a divided gravel lot just before the railroad bridge underpass. Building visitors can park in the first half of the divided lot.

There is pay parking on the street from 3pm-8pm (2-hour limit). 8am to 3pm it's free, but still limited to two hours.

A couple blocks away is a long term parking lot and in another direction a parking garage.

After hours, we can park in the parking lot across from the building.

Freight Elevator Policy

  • In order to use the freight elevator, you first must go through a quick training with the building manager. If you have not been trained and need to use the freight elevator, please contact the cic@ mailing list to see if someone is available to run it for you.
  • The freight elevator is normally locked outside of business hours. If you wish to use the freight elevator outside of business hours, please contact the building manager in advance so they can leave it available.
  • When you're done using the freight elevator, please return it to a floor that's not the loading dock.
  • If you need to contact the building manager, please contact the cic@ mailing list and someone will help you.
  • When you're done using the freight elevator during normal hours, please leave it on a floor that's not the loading dock. If you have made special arrangements to use the freight elevator off-hours, please bring it to the second floor when you're done.
  • Note: There is a small, street level passenger elevator (about 4' x 6') which many things will fit into and can carry a load of ~2,000 lbs.
