ARRIVING AT THE MEETING: Due to the rules of building management, we will be doing check-in in the lobby for a half hour before the meeting starts, and escorting people to the room via elevator (which requires a badge) in groups to minimize traffic.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: The MBTA Silver Line buses departing from South Station all stop at Courthouse Station, two blocks from the PTC building. SL3 Chelsea/East Boston and SL1/2 Logan Airport also stop at Courthouse Station on their return trip to South Station.

PARKING:

• For those who are able to walk some distance, the Channelside lot at 45 Binford St, 0.5 miles from PTC, is $8.
• For those who need to be closer, the Pier 4 garage at 200 Pier 4 Blvd, 0.1 miles from PTC, is $15.
• The PTC building’s garage, directly underneath it, is $38.

FOOD/DRINK: You can bring in food and drink, but be sure to take any trash out of the room afterwards. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises, and no form of smoking is allowed inside or within 25 feet of any building entrance.

RESTROOMS: There are gendered restrooms on the same floor as the meeting rooms. If you are more comfortable using a non-gendered restroom, please talk to Wex, and he can escort you via elevator (which requires a badge) to the floor it is on.

ACCESS: All facilities, including all restrooms, are fully ADA-compliant.
