Arisia 2019 relocating to the Boston Park Plaza

Shortly, Arisia is announcing to the general membership that we are moving Arisia 2019 from the Westin Boston Waterfront hotel to the Boston Park Plaza Hotel, as a result of the strikes affecting the Westin and the Aloft. The dates of the convention remain January 18-21, 2019. This decision was not made lightly. It has the support of the senior staff and leadership of the Convention Committee and was based in part on the overwhelming support of the general corporate body.

The Convention Committee meeting scheduled for Sunday Nov 18 at 2 PM at the Somerville Library will move to the Boston Park Plaza Hotel, the Arlington/Berkeley/Clarendon room at 2 PM. All are welcome.

Per our commitment to more transparency, the results of the non-binding poll that was sent to the corporate members earlier this week are as follows:
