Arisia Commercial Media Recorder Contract

In exchange for the opportunity to act as a commercial entity at this event I agree to the following:

1. I will respect the desire of any person not to be recorded. In the event that anyone asks that I not record them I will abide by their wishes and remove any recorded media upon request such as deleting photos from my recording device.

2. During the Masquerade and other performance events, I will only take flash photos in those areas specifically designated as a "Flash Photo Area." When making recordings in the public areas of the convention I will not obstruct the flow of people moving through the area.

3. I agree to limit my alterations of recordings as described in the Arisia, Inc. Media Recording Policy [1].

4. I understand that any sales of recorded media during the Convention must be done through arrangement with the Arisia Dealers Room.

I understand that my failure to abide by any of the above may be grounds for me to be denied access to designated recording areas and/or to be removed from the premises of the convention and denied readmittance. Violation of this agreement may be considered grounds for denial of admission to the convention in future years.
